I saw someone mention in another thread that a simple dd if=/dev/zvol/storage/virtual_machines/Arch_Linux-hfs0ap of=/dev/zvol/flash/virtual_machines/Arch_Linux-hfs0ap should work and it does, one caveat is that you need to first create the zvol in the other pool before you start dd otherwise it will say directory not found.
Edit 2: It only made the new partition the used size of the old. I had created a 20 GB ZVOL as the source and destination, but when I booted up Linux the new HDD was only 14 GB so I had to recreate the partition and resize it.
