Migrate all data from raid1 to raid 10

Hi, im using freenas 2years ago it working perfectly. I have two 4TV HDDs on it that work in mirror mode. The storage space is almost full so I got a new 4 HDD WD 10TB which I configured in raid 10 mode so I get 20TB of storage space.
Im using plugins:
-Nextcloud;
-Subsonic.

Question: How do I clone all data from the current RAID1 (4TB) to the new RAID10 (20TB)?

If you stop them first and follow the process, you should end with exactly the same data (block level copy) as on the original pool, which will be named the same, so everything will work fine when you start the jails (assuming you don't have the old pool still mounted, which would be a problem if you don't rename it).
