Method of decrypting single remote encrypted file

I am currently backing up my files to Backblaze B2 with remote encryption enabled, and filename encryption disabled. This allows me to identify and download a single file from B2 if I need to. Is there a method of decrypting a file or folder on Windows or Linux with the passphrase and salt that were used for the remote encryption?

I understand that the ideal method would be to download the entire top level folder from B2 using a Pull cloud sync task, but I could foresee circumstances where the ability to restore single files from my desktop would be helpful.
