Dear all,

I just wanted to take a few moments and wish you all a very Merry Christmas. Although I am not a particularly religious person, I think that it is wonderful occasion to slow down, hopefully enjoy a few relaxed days, and perhaps reflect on live.

Being a member of this community has been interesting as well as rewarding. I continue to learn a lot of things and enjoy the discussions.

I hope your family and you are relaxing and enjoying that new house, and hopefully not doing too much "fixing up". Heed your own words and slow down, relax. The wife came home yesterday and is doing extremely well, had the grandkids over today as well to open gifts. I really enjoy spending time with my grandkids, will most of the time. The oldest is 16, youngest is 8, and there are four girls, one boy that live in my area. I wish the other two (17 and 18) lived near me too. We get to tell stories to them of when there parents were kids and things they got away with and things they did not. I told my 16 year old granddaughter today who has a drivers permit that we gave her father his first car, and maybe he will do the same for her. I think it might happen. I also offered to teach her how to drive a stick shift. I've taught a lot of people just because I have a great method for doing it.

Anyway, my Christmas time has been fantastic since yesterday and soon it will be time to head back to work, but I'm in no rush.
