Memory Usage reporting incorrectly?

Hi All

Just wondering if this is normal behavior for Freenas.....
I have a pretty hefty server (2x E5-2690 with 256GB RAM) running Freenas 11.3-U3.2
With not a great deal running, just one VM, ZoneMinder and Plex Servers and some Rsync jobs, Freenas reports only 4GB RAM free, but HTOP reports >200GB Free.
Any ideas why that is?
