Memory at hand - Will it FreeNAS?

Hello,

I have access to these 2 types of memory sticks:
https://www.serversupply.com/MEMORY/PC3-10600/16GB/HYNIX/HMT42GR7MFR4A-H9.htm
https://www.serversupply.com/MEMORY/PC3-10600/8GB/MICRON/MT36JSZF1G72PZ-1G4D1BB.htm

Can I use this memory to put together a build with any of the recommended boards? I would prefer to use Supermicro if possible.
I went to some of the boards and I'm considering (X9SRL-F for instance) and it doesn't seem to list this memory as supported.

I know this type of memory is not particularly expensive, but since I have it available I would love to use it if possible.

Thanks in advance!
R. Rod.

This memory should work fine with this board

That Hynix memory is just a different brand but it should be fine. It is Dell server memory and I have several systems at work using the same kind.
The X9SRL-F is a great choice. That is what I am using in my primary and backup NAS.

That price on ServerSupply is actually not very good. I hope that is not what you are paying for it.

Thanks @Chris Moore .
A friend of mine have some sticks he can give me for free - it is good memory that has been retired from old hardware.

I was initially considering X9SCM-F (mainly because I don't need a lot of hardware for what I would be using FreeNAS for) but it uses UDIMM which is more expensive.
Is there a similar Supermicro board that would use RDIMM?

If not I can use the X9SRL-F but it is probably more than what I need to get started.
