Member profile View Error

I will start this thread since I searched and found NO entries regarding 'Member profile View Errors'

It seams that every time I try to view a member profile that I get the following error:

I found that it may be because members are added to the wrong user group or that permissions are globally disabled to view member profiles. I think the latter is not the problem as other members have mentioned that they CAN view other members profiles.

How would we go about fixing this???

I can't view yours or anyone's. I have tried dozens of profiles. I initially though there was a setting that disabled it for a certain number of days from when you are a new member or allow permissions after so many number of forum posts or something and thought it would correct itself after a while, but then I have over 200 forum posts thus far. It seams like it is a hit and miss thing as I have read some new members saying they could and others saying they also couldn't view anyone's profile. So, it must be based on something arbitrary criteria like how original your user ID is or how goofy your profile picture looks.

I have already tried other profiles that other member said they could view so if anyone else askes, its not the individual profile permissions.

I think that bug reporting site is for FreeNAS bugs, not Forum bugs. Maybe I'm wrong. But I;ll do it anyway since your tag says 'Core Team'a and you have been around a while. If they bawk and complain I will tell them you told me to do it :D

Correction, I will post it there after I get the Registration Notification email from bugs.FreeNAS.org in my gmail account so that I can login ....... which may take an hour.

With nearly 1000 posts on a 2 year old account, I can't view the profiles either. It used to work with the old (vbulletin?) forum software. I figured TPTB disabled the feature

Registered with bugs.freenas.org and haven't seen a "Click here to finish your registration' email yet almost 3 hours later. Not sure what the problem is. An NO its not in my spam folder in case anyone wants to be a smarty pants. So maybe I won't be able to post it there.
