Member disk missing when upgrading drives

22 Unknown_Attribute 0x0023 010 010 025 Pre-fail Always FAILING_NOW 10

It looks like that attribute has to do with the Helium level in the drive.

SOLVED: Sent all four drives back and ordered 4 new drives directly from Western Digital. They went in smoothly with no issues at all. My problem was the bad drives all along. Thank you to everyone who offered help.
