Hello, does anyone know if there is support for 'Iomega Home Media Network Hard Drive'. I have done some searching but see no mention of this hardware.

Many thanks :)

I think you're confused. The Iomega device is a little NAS. Why would you want to attach it to another NAS, such as FreeNAS?

The simple answer is "no", I reckon. You'd be better off with a basic external drive (no built-in NAS software), which would easily attach to a FreeNAS.

I think he meant running freenas on the Iomega Home Media Network Hard Drive. The answer is no, it's not possible.
You can however use an old pc and install freenas on it, it will definitely outperform your iomega drive. I know, because I had the same network drive in the past.
