Unfortunately, I don't know how SABnzd and Medusa interact well enough to make a recommendation for your specific setup. If Medusa feeds to SABnzd, which then feeds to Plex, then you should have datasets for Medusa-pre-process (which doesn't currently exist), Medusa-post-process (which looks like your current Downloads dataset), SABnzd-pre-process (which is your current Downloads dataset), SABnzd-post-process (which is your current PlexMedia dataset), and Plex-final-destination (which is your PlexMedia dataset).
