MBD-X10SL7-F-O Flashed to IT Mode causing alert in freenas

I read that Freenas only liked the version 16 driver of the LSI controller, so I updated it to version 16 to put it into IT mode. When Freenas boots it shows a yellow warning stating Firmware version 16 does not match driver version 20 for /dev/mpsi. Please flash controller to P20 IT firmware.

Is this something I should ignore, or flash up to 20?

Since the release of 9.3.1 version 20 is "required"

The system is telling you exactly what to do. Why would you expect us to tell you to ignore a direct request from the system?
