Apparently it was a power systems fire, probably UPS from the looks of it.

Restoration will take a long time if the smoke damage includes smoke from PVC insulated ethernet / power lines. Reminds me of a fire in a Berlin tram tunnel where the damaged equipment was a few thousand and the smoke damage (via hydrogen cyanide produced by burning PVCs) went into the millions. Everything had to be ripped out and cleaned or replaced. Nasty stuff.
