LSI 3008 HBA cards problem

I have a LSI 3008it HBA card,and,it working on in windows11,but dosen't work in TrueNAS Scale 22.02.3
I can see the HBA card when I use “lspci” command，but there is no harddrives when I login system
so，what I should do？
