According to this listing, the rear fans of your case are 0.35A (4.2w) each.

I couldn't find specs for the middle fans, but fans of a similar size and with the same RPM are roughly rated between 1A - 2A (12w - 24w) per fan. So it may be that almost a third of your current power consumption comes from the case itself. The consumption of backplates must also be taken into account.
  • Chassis: 846BE1C-R1K23B (3*12w + 2*4,5w) + backplates ~ 50 w total
  • MOBO: X12SPL-F ~ ? w
  • CPU: Xeon Silver 4310 ~ ? w
  • RAM: 16x4 ~ 8w
  • LSI 9300-8i ~ 15w
  • PNY Quadro T400 ~ 15w
  • HDD: 2 x MIRROR 3.64 TiB ~20w
  • HDD: 1x2TB ~ 5w
  • SSD: 1 x MIRROR 223.57 GiB ~ 4w
Roughly calculated, the part of total power consumption for the motherboard and processor is about ~ 30w.
It is possible to remove a slice from this section by changing the hardware. So not necessarily a very big effect in total.
The amount of watts used per device are just rought estimates, please correct me if any of these are seriously wrong!

CPU: Xeon Silver 4310 ~ 40-45w in idle

I guess your calculations are about right. But if I go intel core i5 with 1 mirror in a Node 804 case without LSI and Quadro that should not consume more than 40-50w

I am surprised by that number, given that my Sandy/Ivy Bridge Xeons are below that. Or are you talking about the TDP?

Now, the 4310 is a meagre 120 W TDP. 40-45 W is in the ballpark of idle power as reported by STH for Ice Lake-D X12SDV boards, so it looks reasonable—the sole benefit of the embedded Xeon is that this figure then also includes the PCH.
