Lost my USB startup Tumbnail

Good day, My USB tumbnail (32GB) is damaged (wont boot up and not showing up in bios)

How can I make a new one, because when I try to install it on a new USB Tumbnail 32 GB, I downloaded truenas , and burn it with rufus.
When I boot up from the new usb tumbnail 32GB he wants to install True nas on my HDD (raid) but I dont want him to remove all the data's on the raid.

What must I do ?

We just have to boot up, and continue with the existing store.

What must I do ?

You have to use another device to "load" the installation while having the USB inserted.
You will then be able to install on the USB.
So: you take another USB or whatever and burn the iso on it with Rufus, plug it and your future boot device, switch on the machine and install.

If you have IPMI, you can do this without another device.
