I'm pretty sure I've got the build I'll be going with. If anyone has any further input, it'd be much appreciated!

Xeon E5-1620 v3
Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO

I'll be adding to this in the near future: New PSU, additional RAM as necessary, a SAS HBA, and new hard drives.

Huh... That's weird. The previous build I made had the same model cooler, an LGA 2011 socket, and fit. They must have changed something on the cooler since I purchased one.
