Hi,
I've massive hardware with FreeNAS installed - and the purpose is to serve only SMB share for video/3d rendering.
My hardware:
2x AMD EPYC 7551
1TB RAM DD4 2666Mhz
4x NVME Dell Express Flash PM1725 (1.6TB)
4x SSD Samsung (800GB)
6x HDD 10TB SATA
12x 10GbE NIC
I've set up one big pool with ZIL counting only NVMe disks (MIRRORED), as well as Cache with SSD disks (also MIRROR), and SATA disks as data with RAID-Z1
I've setup lagg interface that contains all NICs with round-robin.
I would like to ask what is the best setup, and what I can put into Auxiliary Parameters in share config page.
