Does anyone here have experience working for HPE (Hewlett Packard Enterprise) and would you recommend it?

Not with HPE but my experience is that with such large enterprises, you should not focus on the global corporate situation but much much more on your direct team, colleagues and manager. Inside such a giant, the direct management is even more important, can not be compensated for by anything else and can help you do with what poisons other teams / divisions.
