LACP Switch Support link aggregation

I`ve FS S3800-24T4S 24-Port switch
does it support Link aggregation on freenas
or I need to change it to another one ?!

It does appear to support LACP according to the specs. Now I get on my link aggregation soap box. Repeat after me: Ethernet link aggregation is NOT bonding! Sorry, pet peeve. All kidding aside, with a 4 x 1G link aggregation you will have theoretically 4G of usable bandwidth, but any one connection will never get more bandwidth than a single link. Both sides use a hashing algorithm to determine which link should carry a particular connection.
