Kubernetes services not running on 22.02.1 & 22.02.2

Dear All,
I need help.....I am a newbie for TrueNas scale.
Recently install TrueNas scale 22.02.2 for the first time

After completed installation of True Chart, I unable install any app in truechart or official app... and the system always appear the following message in the photo.

May I know what's the problem and can you guys please help the old man like me to solve the issue.

Dear Sir, the network is working with HP X540-T2 10G Network Card. But, when I first installation, I connect the network to motherboard onboard network port
