Kubernetes blocks network?

I tried to change IP for my kubernetes apps by this guide. After that, I lost network connection completely to TrueNAS. How can I revert/configure kubernets from CLI?

Is there any way to reset apps or network configuration without losing my data?

have you found the problem ? i can access them by internet and local but they do not have access it self to the internet if this makes sense..
