Kernel.vmax exceeded error

Hey all, I am getting a repeated "kernel.vmax exceeded error by UID 0" error on my system. It runs fine for a few days, but then halts with this error. What are the steps to debug this and make the system more stable? I've looked around, but the guides for this are somewhat confusing and not specific to FreeNAS.

Specs are as follows:

Dual-Opteron system with 16GB of ECC RAM
One 11.8TB ZFS volume
Plugins running: BTSync
Autotune enabled, and has generated the following tunables:
vfs.zfs.arc_max 10613077862
vm.kmem_size 11792308736
vm.kmem_size_max 14740385920
