k3s Control plane not starting

I am using the TrueNAS Scale RC.1

I have had an issue deleting a zvol through web interface. While searching for this. I found out that the command for this deletion is sent to a kubernetes setup.
My k3s is not starting up, leading to not been able to delete a zvol dataset. (I do not know how this is connected)

Also k3s containers are missing from the list of docker containers. is there a way to repair k3s? and force it rebuild all missing parts?
