I'm thinking of using such W680 equipped motherboard with Intel Core 12500T CPU (no E cores in this one) and ECC DDR.

Because that's what I have, plus I have passive cooled case rated up to 65W so I want to use both.
As this will be home server then 35W at idle and the bonus of greater silence is much welcome :)
