JIRA - Unable to log issue after login

When i'm trying to log an issue in jira,

TrueNAS - iXsystems TrueNAS Jira

ixsystems.atlassian.net

after login i just get redirected to the customer portal. https://ixsystems.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portals

If i don't login i can browse the JIRA fine.

looks like this been an issue for a while.

Yes, can login fine to jira

Once i login i'm redirected to https://ixsystems.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portals

Even if i plug in the jira URL, it redirects me to the servicedesk.

so i can't browse or log tickets while logged in.
