Completely Fresh hardware system and clean install of FreeNAS 10
FreeNAS 10 latest as of Feb 20th (US time)
Chassis: Supermicro 6048R-E1CR36H
RAID Controller: LSI3108 HW RAID
SATA Connected 24 x 8TB Drives
Drives are all set to JBOD not RAID and are completely new out of the bags

All drives are posting in BIOS with JBOD status, however I don't see these as available volumes inside FreeNAS
FYI, I am a nooby to FreeNAS and I may have missed a completely obvious step to have volumes show inside of FreeNAS.

There are a lot of things wrong here.

FreeNAS 10 latest as of Feb 20th (US time)
FYI, I am a nooby to FreeNAS
These two don't mix. Do not run beta software unless you know what you're doing.

RAID Controller: LSI3108 HW RAID
If you can't get rid of that thing and use an SAS3008, SAS2308 or SAS2008 in IT mode, the next-best thing is to stop using the archaic mfi driver and instead use the new mrsas driver, which does allow compatible SAS controllers (SAS3xxx and SAS2308) to present direct-attach drives to the OS even in HW RAID mode. You'll have to search the forum to find the correct procedure.

CT16G4DFD8213 Crucial 16GB DESKTOP DDR4 2133 MT/s 4 129.00 (PC4-17000) CL15 DR x8 Unbuffered DIMM 288pin DDR4 Platform ONLY
That's not ECC RAM. Given the rest of the system, I assume this was a mistake, so replace these with ECC DIMMs.

@Ericloewe I will investigate these hardware suggestions via our reseller this week. I really appreciate your input! : )

Check that you have ECC ram for a build of that class.
