Jails VPN connection speed issues seems to be caped to around 200-250 Kbps

Hi guys I got problem with vpn speed connection (for torrents)in jails.I tried openvpn and wireguard 2 different providers and doesnt matter what I tried all vpns in all jails seems to caped to about 200-250 kbps (all of them together like 3 jails got about 250kbs Bandwidth. Im tried many different ways for exemple this guide https://www.truenas.com/community/t...ion-jail-to-use-wireguard-with-mullvad.90232/ .Torrents client i tried are qbittorrent and transmission they both show that ports are opened and connection is good its just try to go above 250kbs and you see its getting throttled.I was doing vpn in jail for torrent on 11.3 version never got any issue but now its seems to impossible to get it work any clues what can cause it?(I check router settings for any throttling settings and there is nothing besides on my other esxi pc vpn works ok on ubuntu systems.)
