Jails and Plug deinstall freezes my Freenas

Good Evening,
first I want to say that my english is not very well. Im New to Freenas and I have an Issue with deinstalling Plex Plugin and Jail.

Im using new Freenas Beta 9.3

I had installed the Plex Plugin and also the Jail onto the Dataset not the Volume, you can see it right at Developer Movie
After that I wanted to change that and tried to deinstall jail and Plex to install it at the right place, but my Freenas freezing and losing their connection if I try it. Therefore I cant did it on GUI. Can someone tell my the commands how to manualy deinstall that clean? Or do you have some other ideas?. It would be nice Iam not familiar with Unix and Shell.

How much RAM and CPU? Also, it is correct to install jails into a dataset. Did the jail not work?

my setup:
Asrock Q1900 ITX
8gb ddr3 ram (non EEC)
two 3 WD Red HDDS
Fractal note design 304
The problem is, that I made it before i´ve looked the movie above. He said dont on the dataset, but If you say it is ok!! well I think its bad that it is installed on my main Dataset where I want to save all my data, I want to split it in different Datasets.
Did my Storage looks right? plz look my screenshot

That looks fine, it is in its own dataset named jails.

However I thought ist all in the same Dataset, i want to seperate the jails in a own Dataset. Which commands can I use to Change that?

Create the dataset, point Jails Configuration to it, then reinstall plugins/jails.
