That was a mistake. I've re-entered the same text again and deleting wouldn't work So i entered there: Oops, that went a bit wrong.

But i've interrupted the formatting but i can't format the drive in FAT32.
Only in NTFS.

There's no need for you to format anything. There's really no need to even remove the partition tables at this point (though that will probably be necessary before you can actually add the drives to a pool). The problem is that FreeBSD isn't seeing the drives at all, which is likely due to either outright hardware incompatibility or improper BIOS settings. A Linux distro will help narrow down the issue. It isn't dispositive, as the HCLs are quite different between Linux and FreeBSD, but it will at least give a data point.

No problem what so ever.
But still no hard drives in FreeNAS.

No, they're in RAID.

Yes, it was your post about the controller may not be enabled thing that got me to go
back to the start of the thread. With no mention of AHCI, it was the only thing left...
