Issues getting UPS to work with FreeNAS

I have a cyberpower CP1500AVRLCD UPS and i have connected it to my server running freenas, when i plug it in i see it show it recognized on ugen3.2 on my server, which is what i set it to in the UPS service settings. But for some reason it doesnt seem to be polling any information from the UPS, and when it goes to battery, i see the message "freenas usbhid-ups[44944]: Got disconnected by another driver: Device busy." I am trying to figure out what i am doing wrong? The server is a Dell r510.

Yeah, the drivers for UPS are quirky. I get the same thing even with the correct driver from my APC unit. I have 2 UPS units, one for my network devices and the other for the server. I just use 1 driver, let it go into shutdown mode after about 3 minutes. Network stays up for hours.
