ISO install error on windows

every time i go to write the iso to my install media it finishes and then my device pops up as unallocated. any suggestions or ideas?? thank you

Windows won't find anything useful on that boot stick... don't worry about it.

this is what i get with win32 disk imager. i even went out and bought a new usb drive thinking that was the issue
