ISCSI/ESXI, PLEASE assist. IMPORTANT question.

I am using Dual 10GBe ports.

When I am making the Portal for the ISCSI. Can i put the two interfaces on the SAME PORTAL ID. (So say 1). Or do I need to make TWO DIFFERENT portals for the two interfaces, and then attach them to the target.

Shouldn't it be the same thing either way?

Hey Nafeasonto,

Here, I serve my iSCSI to ESXi using 4x 1G NIC instead of 2x 10. All NICs are in the same portal. Each NIC needs a dedicated IP subnet, but they are in the same portal.
