Please note: "Path to the extent" is the full path to the extent file (including the extent filename), not just the path.

e.g. if your extent name is "iscsi1" located in "/mnt/pool0/iscsi" then the "Path to the extent" is "/mnt/pool0/iscsi/iscsi1", not just "/mnt/pool0/iscsi" as you might expect.

Otherwise, you might see this in your "/var/log/messages":
