Is this a good price? Xeon 1220v2 & SuperMicro X9SCL-F

There is a local craigslist ad for the following

Xeon 1220v2 - $175
SuperMicro X9SCL-F - $120

I'm still new to servers and looking to put my first home NAS together. Are these decent parts and how well are they priced for being used?

The price on the cpu is kinda high for a used item (if there is no warranty)
The board is average price for a used model.
Those items are very popular for a server, but for about $100 more, you might find
them new with warranties.
