Is there a way of rebranding the Free/TrueNAS software when you buy a license?

TrueNAS, probably not. That's a paid license and probably has some caveat that says you can't modify the software.

FreeNAS though, is free open source. As long as you follow the licensing restrictions you can do whatever you want with it. Fork it, put your logo on it, etc. Just make sure you lawyer up and make sure you aren't doing anything that violates the licensing of FreeNAS.
