Is there a possibility to give useres the right to create and “modify” but not delete folders and files?

We are planing to use TrueNAS in our company to share data (sensitive and insensitive) internally. Everything seems fine, since I noticed that users can not create files or directorys with all write permissions set to true. If I give them "Delete" and "Delete children" (Full Control), they can create objects too, but I don´t want to give them the opportunity to delete items.

Is there any possibility to give them only rights for:

• Read
• Creating new data (folders and files)
• Modifying/Changing existing data

while still prohibit any deleting options?
