I currently have my TrueNAS scale installed in a Hyperv VM IP 172.18.28.233 with Windows 10 PC as the host. The W10 PC has the trueNAS pool connected as SMB so data goes through the virtual hyperv switch and the W10 PC and UNRAID NAS IP 192.168.11.1 has both a 10gb NIC with jumbo frames enabled.
Do I need to enable jumbo frames on this hyperv switch as well for improved performance?
Below is the current setup with trueNAS VM and UNRAID NAS PC connected to the main W10 using mapped drives.
