SOLVED Is it just me, or is the Forum loading very slowly?

Hi! I am new here. I find I like the community forums very much. But I have slow loading times. Not to the point of un-useability, but enough to make it so that even changing threads for a while becomes tiring. Is it my experience only (perhaps, my PC, my net or whatever) or is it something general? I get loading times between 7 and 10 seconds.
I include a snapshot of Chrome's Developer tools page reload measurement (for TL;DR) and the full report, in case anyone wants it.

Could be a hosting issue (overbooked server/not enough resources) or the server is not optimized. Nginx/php tweaking and a caching mechanism like Redis can help a lot. A lot of nice Xenforo add-ons available to help with that.

Ixsystems should also consider using a CDN which will also help a lot.
