13th Gen Intel such as 13900K uses P and E cores and I have seen some report of issue with passthrough of Intel Built in GPU.

Anyone using 13th chip can report back? If anyone is already using 14th gen I would also be interested to know if it works.

Thanks!

It seems the other issue is with P and E cores. I'm not sure how well scale app will handle E cores but it seem to cause issue with containers on proxmox.

Perhaps it would be a better choice to go with a more traditional cpu until software catch up.

Using an i7-13500 here with P and E cores. No issues so far. But I haven't delved very deep yet.

For reference this is technically a 12th gen chip just with 13th gen branding.

COBIA has Linux Kernel 6.1, which should be enough to support 12th and 13th gen Intel CPUs: wheter this is full support or it works support it's another thing altoghether... but slapping a 13th gen in there should allow you to boot and do your things.
Why you would want a 13th or a 12th gen CPU on a NAS it's, again, a different thing altoghether.
