Has anybody successfully configured an IPMI with the current version of Scale?

I have a HP Microserver G8 and its IPMI used to work with Truenas Core. But looking at the network configuration page of Scale I only see "No IPMI configured" and no edit button to add one.

If you type ipmitool sensor in the shell, do you get something?

Yes, I get the regular list when typing this into the shell.

Why would you need to configure anything inside of TrueNAS? The point of IPMI is an OS agnostic out of band management interface. Just assign a fixed IP address in your DHCP server and access via browser ...

ipmitool lan print will tell you the current address.

Because IPMI used to work within TN Core's web interface.

And the IPMI section on the network page of TN Scale's web interface does not do anything at all currently.
So it feels like the developers just forgot to remove this if IPMI is no longer supported for Scale's web interface. Or it's just broken.

I always wondered what that part of the UI was supposed to accomplish? What are you doing with that? I connect to all my IPMI devices via browser or ssh.
