Intermittent link makes FreeNAS console unresponsive

Good morning,

I'm having some trouble with one of my boxes. I think the router is having malfunctioning of some sort and is intermittently dropping connection.

The fact is that as a result (?) FreeNAS UI is not accessible and, above all, FreeNAS console (over IPMI) is unresponsive:



At the moment I cannot physically access the machine and the only thing that helped is resetting the box via BMC.
The box stays online for a while after each reset and then goes silent with the above behavior.

By insisting on the console this happens:

But even if the link is intermittent the console should still be usable.

I downloaded the Debug info archive. Any advice on where to look? I'd like to understand why it freezes like that.

Of course as soon as possible I will check the router side.
