Intel Corporation Ethernet 10-Gigabit X540-AT2 card.

I have TrueCore Scale installed. When I installed the OS I has used the nic card on the motherboard. But the Intel Corporation Ethernet 10-Gigabit X540-AT2 card was in the pc on install. When I use the Intel Corporation Ethernet 10-Gigabit X540-AT2 port I am not getting 10G speed? I am testing 10G speed with Iperf. The PC has TrueNas Core before and I believe the 10g worked perfectly. Any idea how to fix this?

I'm in a similar situation. I swear the NIC was reporting a 10 gig link. I updated SCALE, and now I'm stuck at 1 gig.
