Installing Plex Server Hangs

Should be good. Are your mounts still there? If you start it up do you see anything in the jail shell?

Mounts are still there, but when I clicked to start the jail I got this...

You need to set up your FreeNAS before you set up jails. How are you accessing your network storage when nothing is set up?

I set it up the way someone told me too.
I don't know any of that information. What does yours say, I'll just copy yours. lol

Yeah you can't just copy mine. I suggest you start over with a fresh install. Read through the User Guide, make sure FreeNAS is set up properly, and you can communicate with your networked storage before trying to install Plex. You need to crawl before you can walk.

I am removing all my data and I will do a clean install using the Wizard.
