Ok, I did the defaults for Mount Points.

I went back to the Jails Tab and I don't see an option for Shell.

Let's take a step back.

Is your 'Storage1' up and running? Is it visible from your PC? Can you access the files on it? Read/Write/Delete?

Yes. I had to change the default path from mnt/Storage1 to mnt/Storage1/jails

Strange. I'm not at home to dive into mine and see why you're not seeing any commands. I'll check tonight.

The error indicates what you're doing wrong: You're trying to mount the parent folder /mnt/Storage1 into one of its own sub-folders/children /mnt/Storage1/iocage/jails/Plex/root/Plex
Why are you trying to mount your whole pool into a jail?

I have no clue what you're talking about... Here is my mount.
If this is wrong, what should I set it at?

Why is your source in a jail?

Here is how I have mine set up. The source files are on the NAS; not in the jail.

Source
Code:
/mnt/jarvis/Storage/Movies
/mnt/jarvis/Storage/Music
/mnt/jarvis/Storage/Pictures
/mnt/jarvis/Storage/TV
/mnt/jarvis/Storage/Videos

Destination
Code:
/mnt/pepper/iocage/jails/plex/root/media/movies
/mnt/pepper/iocage/jails/plex/root/media/music
/mnt/pepper/iocage/jails/plex/root/media/pictures
/mnt/pepper/iocage/jails/plex/root/media/tv
/mnt/pepper/iocage/jails/plex/root/media/videos

No, those are all mounted to the same jail.
They are different mount points in the same jail.

You're getting there
then after media type /movies to create a folder for your movies within the media folder.

11.2-U3 doesn't seem to like spaces so keep that in mind. The way you have things now is fine, no spaces in folder names.

You've linked all your jail mounts to the same source
