Hi,

I'm trying to install the non-premium plex plugin and I keep getting the following error message:
Error: plexjail had a failure Exception: RuntimeError Message: + Acquiring DHCP address: FAILED, address received: 0.0.0.0/8 Stopped plexjail due to DHCP failure Partial plugin destroyed

If I uncheck DHCP I get the following error message:
Error: plexjail had a failure Exception: RuntimeError Message: Stopped plexjail due to VNET failure Partial plugin destroyed

I have done extensive googling and haven't found any solutions to my issue for Freenas 11.3. I'm sure it's something really stupid that I've done during the setup, but not sure what exactly.

Here are some things that I have done that I believe are relevant:
  1. After installation of Freenas 11.3 on my machine, I fixed the IPV4 address from the console to 192.168.0.158 with mask 24.
  2. My router is a TP LINK Archer C7. DHCP server is enabled. My primary and secondary DNS are 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1 respectively.
  3. Within Freenas 11.3, under Network>Global Configuration I have setup my default IPV4 gateway and nameservers to mirror my router, being 193.168.0.1, 1.1.1.1, and 1.0.0.1.

My system specs are as follows:
CPU: i7-2700k
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-PH67-UD3-B3
RAM: 8GB
Storage: 2x500GB HDD
Network card: None (ethernet straight to mobo)

As I said, really not sure what I've done wrong but can only presume it is some sort of setup that I have missed! Posting here as a last resort.

Thanks for any help you may be able to give!
