Installing Older Version of TrueNAS Scale Apps

Can anyone confirm if the TrueCharts apps, or maybe TrueNAS Scale's app infrastructure in general, supports installing older versions of apps? For example, if everything is perfectly stable in version 1.0 of an app, but 1.1 comes out and for some reason the app needs to be reinstalled (maybe on another device or cause of catastrophic hardware failure, etc.) will it be possible to install version 1.0 of the app even though 1.1 is the latest available in the app catalog? Another way to possibly phrase this is can you specify the exact version of an app to install like Docker let's you with tags.

Truecharts apps support app rollback, so if an update goes wrong, you can simply rollback to the previous stable version without data loss.
And yes, you can choose which version you want to install, there's a drop down menu to choose versions.
