Install php nuke inside jail

I already have Apache, MySQL, PHP and phpMyAdmin , wordpress installed inside of a jail up and running. Im running into a difficult time trying to install php nuke.

Could someone give me some assistants with the shell commands?

Im about 90% there and have what is needed for it to run.

This is not a how-to guide. This is a question.

For phpnuke, you just drop the directory on your webserver and run through the install over the web page. There isn't anything to be done in command line. It's like WordPress or any other horrible PHP application.

I have tried installing it over the web page, it give me an error like its not able to communicate with MySQL or phpMyAdmin.
