Hi all,

I have an installation question:
I want to do a second installation and use a mirror usb 3.0 of 64GB each. is this possible? If yes do I need to consider any performance issues or some other possible problems?
I intend to keep the SSD only for jails and then back-up all on the main pool.

Thanks

I'm not sure what you mean by "a second installation" or how that's relevant to your question, but of course you can install on two devices at once as a mirror--that capability's been present for about three years. Just select both of them as install destinations in the installer. Should not have a noticeable effect on system performance.

I was trying to say that I already have a setup and for the second nas I want this in place. The question is : the mirror is to be set up on installation or after. I know there are 2 options.

Yes, two options: during setup, specify two disks or after the installation to add a second disk and a third if you want.
