"Impossible to start a subshell" when attempting to use web ui shell

So that's what happens: If I go into the web ui and click on the "Shell" icon on the left, there's no shell window appearing anymore. Insteadm I see a message on the log saying that it's impossible to start a subshell. Does anyone have a clue why this happens?

FreeNAS build version (from System -> Information)? Amount of RAM?

Latest stable version (9.3) and 16 Gb RAM

I'm assuming by latest you mean 201602020212. If so, please create a bug report at bugs.freenas.org and post the issue number here. It will be useful to the dev to attach a debug to the report--you can make that in System -> Advanced -> Save Debug.
