Import pool to new computer

Hello ,

Please should be informed that i have small configuration for an exsiting truenas core , disk SSD for boot pool and 2 x 2TB miroire "pool already has data"

if i move to another PC and move disk also can i import the pool to the new computer ? is it possible ?
